1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("you" or "User") and SecurityAgent Labs, LLC ("PublicInfo.ai," "Company," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the PublicInfo.ai website, platform, and services (collectively, the "Service").

By registering for an account, accessing, or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference.

2. Description of Service

PublicInfo.ai provides a web-based platform that allows users to enter an identifier (such as a name, username, email, phone number, company, or profile URL) and receive an AI-generated overview compiled from publicly available web sources. Our service functions similarly to a search engine, aggregating and summarizing publicly available information.

What We Are: An AI-powered aggregation and summarization tool for publicly available information, comparable to a specialized search engine.

What We Are Not: We are not a consumer reporting agency as defined by the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), and the Service and its reports may not be used as a factor in establishing a consumer's eligibility for any purpose covered by the FCRA.

The Service is available only to individuals who are at least 18 years old and are legal residents of the United States. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that:

7. Subscription and Payment

The Service is offered on both subscription and per-report (credits/tokens) basis. Current pricing is available on our website. By purchasing a subscription or credits, you agree to:

• ●Authorize us to charge your payment method for recurring subscriptions

Refunds: All payments are generally non-refundable except as required by law or at our sole discretion. Unused credits do not carry over and expire at the end of the applicable period.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including all content, features, functionality, software, text, graphics, logos, and design, is owned by SecurityAgent Labs, LLC and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your lawful business purposes. This license does not include any right to resell, reproduce, or commercially exploit the Service or its content.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL SECURITYAGENT LABS, LLC, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

Our total liability for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless SecurityAgent Labs, LLC, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third-party rights; or (d) your violation of any applicable laws or regulations.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination:

• ●Any unused credits or subscription time will be forfeited
• ●Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect

13. Dispute Resolution

Informal Resolution

Before filing any formal dispute, you agree to first contact us at info@publicinfo.ai to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. We will attempt to resolve the dispute within 30 days.

Binding Arbitration

If informal resolution is unsuccessful, any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Commercial Arbitration Rules. The arbitration shall be conducted in English in Delaware. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding.

Class Action Waiver

YOU AND SECURITYAGENT LABS, LLC AGREE THAT EACH MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN YOUR OR ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding not subject to arbitration shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.

15. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you must discontinue use of the Service.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and SecurityAgent Labs, LLC regarding your use of the Service and supersede any prior agreements between you and us.
